Job Description


  • Build, lead and maintain a roadmap of community projects and initiatives.
  • Drive adoption, engagement, and success for the community by managing programs (contests, webinars, giveaways, etc.) and devising exceptional onboarding processes.
  • Be a passionate advocate for all members of the SquadIQ community and listen attentively to their feedback, so we can positively influence how we interact with them and provide actionable insight to the internal team.
  • Organize events in the community to increase engagement & boost brand awareness.
  • Manage polls/surveys to measure community member experience and sentiment.


  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a community manager
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
