Roles and Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of Aditya Birla Money's product portfolio, including mutual funds, insurance, and other financial services.
- Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and lead generation campaigns.
- Establish strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and needs.
- Keep abreast of market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.
- Assist clients with account management, transactions, and other related services.
- Effectively use CRM software to track client interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales performance.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in commerce, finance, or marketing.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of financial products and markets (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work from our office in Noida.
