- Offer personalized financial advice and recommend suitable products from Bajaj Finserv's portfolio, including loans, insurance, and other financial services.
- Ensure clients have a positive experience and are satisfied with Bajaj Finserv's services.
- Demonstrate self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
- Effectively collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant platforms to manage client interactions and sales processes.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards and ensure fair and transparent sales practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Experience in the BFSI, Ed-tech, or logistics industries is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to Noida, as this is an in-office position.
- Must be able to work 9 hours per day and achieve a weekly target of 24 hours.
