- Handle customer concerns and resolve any issues related to the sales process.

- Possess familiarity with relevant computer programs such as CRM software and telephone systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Establish strong relationships with clients using excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be proficient in both English and Hindi, additional language proficiency is welcome.
- Prior telesales experience of 0-1 years is mandatory.
- Full-time availability in an office setting in Noida is essential.
- Ideal candidates will possess industry knowledge and stay updated with the latest industry developments.
- A bachelor's degree is a prerequisite to ensure the necessary expertise.
