- Cultivate positive relationships with clients to ensure their long-term engagement with Share.Market.
- Promote additional services offered by Share.Market.
- Address client queries about the platform, investment decisions, and market trends.
- Stay informed with market trends, financial news, and new investment products on Share.Market.
- Effectively use CRM software, online resources, and internal communication tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficient in Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adherence to ethical sales practices and compliance with industry regulations.
- Willingness to relocate to Noida, as this is an in-office position.
