Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce them to Traya’s solutions.
- Foster positive and professional relationships with potential clients by promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems to streamline your workflow and enhance customer interactions.
- Adhere to strict ethical guidelines and prevent mis-selling or fraudulent activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0-1 year of experience in telesales or a related field, experience in health care or pharmacy sales is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates must be able to work a 9-hour workday and meet a weekly target of 24 hours.
- Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to Noida, as this is an in-office position.
