- Effectively convey the goals and offerings of Upstox.
- Become a member of the vibrant SquadStack team and help drive the financial technology revolution at Upstox.
- Build a relationship of trust with clients by attending to their issues and offering advice on financial planning and education.
- Capacity to operate independently as well as in a team.
- Have a thorough understanding of phone systems and pertinent computer tools, such as CRM software.
- Keep abreast of the most recent developments in the market and industry trends.
- You will help us reach our goal of having zero tolerance for dishonest or misrepresented products or services in our operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Develop meaningful client relationships by using your strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, with knowledge of other languages considered a plus.
- A minimum of one year of experience in telesales is necessary.
- Full-time work from the Noida office is required.
- Prior experience in the brokerage sector and a good understanding of market trends will be favored.
- A bachelor's degree is needed to demonstrate the required knowledge base.
