- Become a master of Aditya Birla Money’s product offerings, from mutual funds to insurance and beyond.
- Find hidden opportunities to meet our customers' evolving needs.
- Quickly resolve complaints and turn frustrated customers into satisfied ones.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with ease.
- Adhere to our organizational guidelines and methodology for optimal results.
- Must be able to leverage our CRM software to manage customer interactions and track progress.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree is a must-have.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a telecalling environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in an in-office environment.
