- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calling and other lead generation techniques.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends, particularly within the Flipkart ecosystem.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay proficient in using relevant sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
- Represent Flipkart and SquadStack in a professional and positive manner.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telesales.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion: A strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and a passion for driving sales.
- Education: A graduate degree in any field.
