Roles and Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and interest in Twin Health's products or services.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of Twin Health's offerings.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with potential customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and interactions in the CRM system.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of Twin Health.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in telecalling or similar role.
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
