- You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into customers.
- You’re required to stay updated with the latest trends in the fintech industry to tailor your approach according to the market and maximize results.
- You must ensure consistent individual and collaborative effort for the role.
- You’re required to learn CRM software and telephone systems to streamline workflow.
- You must ensure that all sales activities are ethical to prevent cases of mis-selling / fraud.
Eligibility Criteria
- This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum qualification of Diploma or Bachelors is required.
- 0-1 years of prior experience in call center jobs.
- Fluency in Hindi and English language is required for this role.
- The Call Center Executive should have a working laptop equipped with a stable Internet connection and a disturbance-free environment to work in.
