- You’ll play a key role in driving growth and sales at Aditya Birla Money
- You will be responsible for facilitating the trade of financial assets like stocks, bonds, and commodities for clients.
- You must stay updated with the latest trends in the brokerage industry to tailor your approach according to the market and maximize results.
- You must ensure consistent hard work and collaborative spirit for this role.
- You must proficiently use CRM software and telephone systems to streamline workflow.
- You must ensure that there are zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum qualification of Diploma or Bachelors is required.
- 0-1 years of prior experience in call center jobs.
- Fluency in Hindi and English language is required for this role.
- A working laptop equipped with a stable Internet connection and a disturbance-free environment to work in.
- Twenty-four hours of weekly talk time by working 9 hours daily while maintaining a compliance score of 85% monthly.
