  • You will be responsible for boosting sales by generating high-quality leads and qualifying prospects. 
  • You’re required to stay updated with the latest trends in the edtech industry to tailor your approach according to the market and maximize results.  
  • You must ensure consistent individual and collaborative effort for the role.
  • You’re required to learn CRM software and telephone systems to streamline workflow.
  • You must ensure that all sales activities are ethical to prevent cases of mis-selling / fraud.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Applicants must have at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-1 years of prior experience in call center jobs.
  • Fluency in the Hindi and English languages is necessary.
  • Candidates need a working laptop, stable Internet, and a noise-free environment.
  • In this call center job, you must aim for 24 hours of weekly talk time, work 9 hours daily, and maintain a compliance score of 85% each month.
