Roles and Responsibilities
- Apt knowledge of India’s Ayurveda landscape and the best sales practices of the market.
- Generate high-quality leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into customers.
- Be proactive in understanding the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Ayurveda industry.
- Consistent efforts at individual and team level are required.
- Acquiring knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
- Ensure that sales activities are ethical to prevent fraud and mis-selling.
Eligibility Criteria
- This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum This role requires at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Candidates need 0-1 year of experience in a call center job.
- Candidates must be proficient in both Hindi and English languages.
- The Call Center Executive must ensure that their laptop is functional, the Internet is stable, and the work area is quiet.
