- Stay on top of industry trends and market shifts, anticipating investor needs and adapting your approach accordingly.
- Utilize your communication and research skills to identify promising investors. Analyze their investment goals and tailor presentations to connect them with suitable opportunities within Incred.
- You will play a pivotal role in building Incred's investor base. You will generate qualified leads, assess their fit with Incred's offerings, and convert them into satisfied clients.
- Actively source potential investors through various channels. Use your evaluation skills to assess their suitability and guide them through the investment journey, ensuring a positive outcome for both investor and Incred.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as CRM systems and communication platforms, is essential for streamlining processes and maintaining efficient investor interactions.
- Champion integrity within our sales practices. Actively identify and prevent any misrepresentation or fraudulent activity, fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
Eligibility Criteria
- You should excel in written and verbal communication (English & Hindi) to build rapport and deliver clear messages.
- A Diploma or Graduate Degree is required, along with 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a BPO setting.
- You need a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection, laptop, and essential accessories (headset, keyboard, mouse) for optimal work performance.
- We value commitment—achieving 24 hours of weekly talk time, maintaining a daily 9-hour schedule, and consistently 85% compliance rate is essential.
