- You'll be responsible for increasing sales through lead generation, prospect qualification, and customer conversion.
- Staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics is key.
- The ability to work independently and collaborate well within a team is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is required.
- We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against mis-selling and fraudulent activities in our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills to forge strong client relationships.
- We are looking for a motivated sales expert with 1-2 years of experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is essential for effective communication.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
