Eligibility Criteria

- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required for this role. We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist with 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Sales Partners should have a functional laptop with a reliable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a quiet workspace.
- The position requires achieving 24 hours of weekly talk time, working 9 hours daily, and maintaining an 85% monthly compliance score.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is essential for effective communication.
