Roles and Responsibilities
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of call center operations.
- Effectively call leads and check their requirements for Dr. Vaidya's products.
- Work on lead generation tasks for Dr. Vaidya's customers, such as cold calling, customer onboarding, and converting leads to sales.
- Monitor health industry trends and market shifts and identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Should be able to work independently and collaboratively to achieve Dr. Vaidya's sales objectives.
- Proficient in using relevant computer applications such as Customer Relation Management software and call center telephone systems.
- Maintain a rigid policy against mis-selling or dishonest activities throughout the telecalling processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- This role demands excellent verbal communication skills for effective client relationships.
- We seek motivated telecalling experts with 0-1 years of experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is crucial for effective communication in this role. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required to work as a call center agent for Dr. Vaidya's calling campaigns.
