Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's qualification is essential.
- 0-1 years of prior call center job experience is required.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential for this position.
- A working laptop equipped with a stable Internet connection and a peaceful envrion to work in.
- This call center job requires 24 hours of weekly talk time, 9 hours of daily work, and an 85% monthly compliance score.
