Roles and Responsibilities
- You’ll play a key role in driving growth and sales at Aditya Birla Money.

- You must have a solid understanding of CRM software and telephone systems.
- You’re expected to ensure zero cases of fraud/mis-selling.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A diploma or Bachelors degree
- 0-1 years of prior experience in telecaller jobs.
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
- A functional laptop, a stable Internet connection, and a disturbance-free environment.
- You must strive to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time by clocking 9 hours daily while maintaining an 85% monthly compliance score.
