Eligibility Criteria
- Build strong client rapport with your top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- To ensure you have the necessary knowledge to excel, a diploma or bachelor's degree is required.
- You'll need your home office setup, including a reliable laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
- We expect you to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time during your 9-hour workdays.
- Maintain an 85% monthly compliance score.
