Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through cold calling or following up on leads generated by other sources.
- Understand the needs and financial requirements of potential customers to identify and sell suitable financial products or services offered by Kissht.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the products or services offered by Kissht.
- Address customer concerns and troubleshoot any issues related to the sales process.
- Adhere to SquadStack's sales practices and maintain a high standard of ethical conduct (avoid mis-selling).
- Familiarity with relevant computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) is likely required to ensure foundational knowledge.
- We prefer candidates with 0-1 years of experience, ideally in a BPO setting.
- A reliable laptop with a stable internet connection is needed for remote work.
- A quiet and comfortable workspace to focus on calls is essential.
- A commitment to working 9 hours daily and achieving weekly talk time target of around 24 hours.
- Ability to maintain an 85% monthly compliance score.
