Eligibility Criteria

  • Fluency in English and Hindi is a must to ensure seamless communication in this role.
  • While a diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred, your passion for learning and strong communication skills are key.
  • We're looking for a motivated Sales Telecaller with up to 1 year of experience, ideally honed in a BPO environment.
  • To thrive in our remote environment, you'll need a reliable laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, comfortable workspace for focused calls.
  • This role demands a strong work ethic, with a target of 24 hours of weekly talk time and a 9-hour workday. Maintaining an 85% compliance score reflects your dedication to accuracy and best practices.
