- Maintain a consistent level of effort, both individually and as part of a team.
- Utilize CRM software and telephone systems effectively to streamline operations.
- Ensure ethical conduct by preventing any instances of mis-selling or fraud.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Minimum qualification of Diploma or Bachelor's degree is required.
- Prior experience of 1-2 years in telecaller roles is preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages is mandatory.
- Candidates must have access to a functional laptop, stable internet connection, and a noise-free work environment.
