- Your job will be to work closely and support the operations of Dr. Vaidya’s, India’s top Ayurvedic company to support its operations.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, nurturing them toward successful conversions.
- Keep pace with the current trends in the industry along with its problems; thus, you can adapt your strategies for better results.
- Show your dedication to continual performance that adds value to both personal and team goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and telephone systems is required.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring complete transparency throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Educational qualification of a diploma or bachelor's degree is required.
- We are seeking candidates with up to one year of experience as a telecaller.
- Fluent in Hindi and English is necessary.
- You must have a working laptop, a stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
- This role targets 24 hours of weekly talk time, which is achieved through a daily schedule of 9 hours.
- Maintaining an 85% monthly compliance score is essential.
