Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be supporting Bajaj Finserv, India's largest financial services provider.
- In this position, you'll be boosting sales by interacting with potential customers, and making them happy buyers.
- Stay informed about what's happening in the industry, the market, and find new chances and challenges in the business.
- Be able to work alone but also work well with others to reach the company's goals.
- Possess a solid understanding of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
- Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
- Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
- We seek a driven Telesales specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
