- Develop a comprehensive understanding of SmartCoin's products and services, encompassing equities, debt, mutual funds, and other options.
- Play a key role in enhancing SmartCoin's business growth.
- In this role, you'll play a crucial part in increasing sales.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- You'll actively support a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
- It's important to stay active about industry trends, market dynamics, and to pinpoint fresh opportunities and obstacles in the business environment.
- Ability to work independently while in a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- You need great people skills, both written and spoken, to build strong connections with clients.
- You must be fluent in both English and Hindi to communicate well in this role.
- You need at least a Diploma or Graduate Degree.
- We seek a driven Telesales specialist with 1-3 of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
