Roles and Responsibilities
- Educate potential customers on the causes and solutions for hair loss and the benefits of Traya's unique approach.
- Build trust and rapport, address concerns, and guide customers toward the right hair loss prevention plan.
- You'll boost sales for Traya’s products and services in this position.
- Stay active in industry trends and market dynamics.
- Work independently with the ability to collaborate with teams.
- Possess knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- You will contribute to a zero-tolerance approach to mis-selling or fraudulent activity within our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- This position requires good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We're seeking a motivated Telesales specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is vital for effective communication in this position.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
