Educate potential customers on the causes and solutions for hair loss and the benefits of Traya's unique approach.
Build trust and rapport, address concerns, and guide customers toward the right hair loss prevention plan.
You'll boost sales for Traya’s products and services in this position.
Stay active in industry trends and market dynamics.
Work independently with the ability to collaborate with teams.
Possess knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
You will contribute to a zero-tolerance approach to mis-selling or fraudulent activity within our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- This position requires good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We're seeking a motivated Telesales specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is vital for effective communication in this position.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
