- Ability to understand Incred's products and services, encompassing all types of loans.
- Stay active about industry trends, in the business environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Identify potential leads, evaluate their requirements, and help.
- Play a key role in enhancing Incred business by boosting their sevices and sales.
- In this role, you'll play a crucial part in increasing sales through lead generation, prospect assessment, and customer conversion.
- Understand how to use important computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
- You'll actively support a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential for establishing robust client relationships.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a motivated sales expert with over 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly
