- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- You'll actively support a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
- Ability to work solo while collaborating effectively within a team.
Eligibility Criteria
- This position requires good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We're seeking a motivated Telesales specialist with 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is vital for effective communication in this position.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
