Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
- We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales expert with 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly. Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
