- Gain in-depth knowledge of SolarSquare offerings,products and services..
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- You will contribute to a zero-tolerance approach to mis-selling or fraudulent activity within our sales processes.
- Identify potential investors, assess their needs, and guide them towards suitable investment options.
- Be instrumental in boosting SolarSquare’s' business by generating sales.
- Stay active about industry trends, market dynamics, and find opportunities in the market.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment to help achieve organizational goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- You need great people skills, both written and spoken, to build strong connections with clients
- You must be fluent in both English and Hindi to communicate well in this role.
- You need at least a Diploma or Graduate Degree.
- We seek a driven Tele-sales Executive with 0-1 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
