Play a key role in enhancing Incred’s business by generating leads, assessing prospects, and converting them into satisfied clients.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in increasing sales through lead generation, prospect assessment, and customer conversion.
Develop an understanding of Incred’s products and services,
Understand industry trends, fresh opportunities and obstacles in the business environment.
Ability to work alone while showing and improving team effort.
Identify potential investors, evaluate their requirements, and assist them in selecting appropriate investment opportunities.
Understand how to use important computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
Support a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential for establishing robust client relationships.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
