Roles and Responsibilities
- Play a key role in enhancing Incred’s business by generating leads, assessing prospects, and converting them into satisfied clients.
- In this role, you'll play a crucial part in increasing sales through lead generation, prospect assessment, and customer conversion.
- Develop an understanding of Incred’s products and services,
- Understand industry trends, fresh opportunities and obstacles in the business environment.
- Ability to work alone while showing and improving team effort.
- Identify potential investors, evaluate their requirements, and assist them in selecting appropriate investment opportunities.
- Understand how to use important computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
- Support a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential for establishing robust client relationships.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
