Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • Create account-based marketing playbooks including, but not limited to, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture, channel activities (email, paid ads, webinars/online events etc.) with the goal of building pipeline and generating qualified demos.
  • Directly lead the marketing ops team, responsible for ABM campaign execution (Planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization).
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for different personas.
  • Set up marketing automation sequences/workflows on Hubspot.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team for custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing, and creative development.
  • Align and collaborate with the sales team to ensure SLAs for follow-ups are achieved.
  • Own all aspects of the account-based marketing tech stack, including evaluation of additional tools.

What you should have

  • 3+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within the enterprise software/SaaS industry to drive pipeline growth.
  • CRM/marketing automation background, preferably Hubspot.
  • Understanding of pipeline management and metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing vendors for marketing program execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills.

Key Performance Indicators 

  • Database growth
  • Number of qualified demos
  • Average time to close for accounts within the ABM strategy
  • Average potential deal size
  • Account penetration
  • Percentage of MQL's that convert to SAL's


  • Compensation: 12-18 LPA + ESOP(s)
  • Location: Remote first till June 2022 - We'll work out of our Noida office, and will also open offices in Bengaluru & Hyderabad once it's safer to work from the office.
