Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • You will work with teams, oversee the operations within your company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of your company.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes.
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching, guidance and counselling to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure that the organisation is ISO compliant in all processes, documentation and security.
  • Maintain asset registers, movement of assets & inventory of all company assets.
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Coordination with all vendors time-to-time to enhance office facility and improve the workplace experience
  • Proficient in excel & ability to learn new tools.

What should you have?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in handling the admin for the company
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. Ability to communicate effectively with global, cross-cultural teams
  • Advanced proficiency in handling tools used for all admin-related tasks
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Professional, friendly attitude and approachable
  • Willingness to work with and help the entire team as and when needed


  • Salary: 7-9 LPA
  • Location: The person should be a resident of Bangalore only, but we all are working remote you would only be required to visit the office when - needed
