Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • Influence and provide best practice solutions to people team in order to deliver the functional plans, and support initiatives aligned to the people strategy.
  • Drive the change management efforts, encourage a change in attitude across the organization, and promote the use of tools/technologies to gain efficiency in delivering & enhancing people's experience across the organization.
  • Coach and advise Leads, providing robust challenges through all elements of the People lifecycle. Develop skills, knowledge and confidence to encourage and affect the necessary change to deliver the desired business outcomes.
  • Establish the employee experience with a strong focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the People team to ensure resource and support is in place to successfully execute plans
  • Strategise and drive various initiatives for the smooth functioning of the organisation
  • Promote a culture within the organisation
  • Proactively identify and solve challenges resulting from working remotely or otherwise
  • Contribute to regular meetings with the leadership team to share the latest happenings and insights
  • Coordinate and support initiatives such as performance reviews, training programs, engagement surveys, career development plans, and local policy creation and maintenance.

What should you have?

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with 2-4 years of work experience in a people-oriented role
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to own problems and deliver end to end solutions
  • Not afraid to aim for audacious goals, try new things and learn on the go
  • Brilliant communication skills, overall mediums. Partnered with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in facilitating and influencing decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to understand and interact with internal and external teams.
  • Passionate about building and scaling high performing setups.
  • Ability to draft excellent content for team updates & policies.


Salary: 9-11 LPA
Location: Hybrid/Remote
