About Auctm

Problem: Selling expensive products and services to consumers is complicated. It's expensive, has poor user experience & lacks intelligence. Imagine the last time you applied for a credit card, loan, or even bought a house. The legacy experience is often broken, spammy, and doesn’t fulfill our expectations in the digital age we live in. Businesses spend millions of dollars on marketing to generate leads, but convert very few of them, and are unable to give their consumers the right experience. Everybody loses. This is a massive inefficiency problem across every industry.

Market: The US residential real estate market is one such example. It's one of the largest asset classes in the world with $100B in commissions annually.

Opportunity: Auctm is building the digital operating platform that enables residential real estate teams to increase their revenue, profits, and drive better experiences for their consumers using data and analytics, by sitting on top of their CRM & other data sources. It's a significant opportunity to build a novel vertical SaaS solution transforming thousands of real estate brokers and agents into high-performance, data-driven sales teams. In 6-months, Auctm already works with 70 of the leading industry teams, including the #1 team in the country, and 50 of the Top 100 teams. You will play an integral role in scaling our customer base to 1000 of the Top 5000 teams in the market and becoming the dominant analytics solution in residential real estate.

Core Responsibilities

  • Understand the challenges of prospective customers, tie those back into an effective product demo/consultation, and then close the deal.
  • Follow-up & nurture prospective customers via calls, texts, emails & social media, and sign new customers to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Work with marketing to create and execute playbooks across the sales lifecycle.
  • Work with channel partners to source leads and close deals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience selling a B2B SaaS product in the US market with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience working in and maintaining CRM hygiene that fuels marketing & product insights. (Nice to have, but not required: Experience using Hubspot)
  • Nice to have: Experience sourcing new opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Ability to write great business emails.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Effective note-taking to ensure communication of customer feedback back to marketing & product teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills to better understand customer problems through their business metrics, and act as a consultant to present analytics as a solution.

  • Compensation: Competitive
  • Location: Remote till December 2021 - We’ll work out of our Noida office, and will also open offices in Bengaluru & Hyderabad once it’s safer to work from the office.
  • Join Date: Immediately
  • US Working hours- 9 am to 6 pm EST (i.e. 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST)
