Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Driving qualified candidates to the HR team through various channels - cold-emails, introductions, social media, etc.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Running ad campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness.
  • Creating various email lists, email templates & running email campaigns for recruitment.
  • Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
  • Preparing HR / Marketing related reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter 
  • 6 months of relevant HR experience
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills.

Logistics

  • Stipend: INR 12K- 15K PM
  • Location: We are a remote-first/ hybrid organization inviting applicants from all over India.
