Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • Take full ownership of team member documentation including contracts, amendments, and all other items pertinent to the team member lifecycle.
  • Take full ownership of monthly Payroll inputs, reconciliation & processing of the payroll.
  • Stays up-to-date with local employment laws and takes the appropriate action to ensure the company is compliant.
  • Keep updated about industry standards in terms of salary break-ups, deductions, perks, appraisals, etc.
  • Follow all ISO related guidelines & implement the same within the company like background verification, documentation, etc.
  • Create & maintain detailed and data-oriented reports/dashboards.
  • Influence and provide best practice solutions to the people team in order to deliver the functional plans, and support initiatives aligned to the people strategy.
  • Strategise and drive various initiatives for the smooth functioning of the organisation
  • Contribute to regular meetings with the leadership team to share the latest happenings and insights
  • Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners.
  • Researching, drafting, and rolling out offer letters, appointment letters, salary annexures, etc.
  • Promote a culture within the organisation

What should you have?

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with 4-6 years of work experience in a people-oriented role
  • Must have an in-depth experience in monthly Payroll inputs, reconciliation & processing the payroll for a large team.
  • Must be detailed and data-oriented with impeccable follow-through. You can work on preparing and presenting the reports/analytics and dashboards.
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to own problems and deliver end to end solutions
  • Must have strong analytical skills, can not only work with data but can identify root causes, recognize patterns, and solve problems.
  • Not afraid to aim for audacious goals, try new things and learn on the go
  • Brilliant communication skills, overall mediums. Partnered with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in facilitating and influencing decision making.
  • Passionate about building and scaling high performing setups.
