Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • Build SquadStack brand as the most attractive place to work in India and the world (over time)
    • On Talent portals - Glassdoor, Linkedin
    • On Social Media
    • Visibility on Blogs, Media, Top places to work etc
  • Design a research-based brand strategy, helping shape and communicate our vision and mission to potential candidates.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.
  • Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational ideas.
  • Lead the social media team, and oversee social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
  • Build relationships with influencers, PR agencies, journalists and media outlets.
  • Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on employer branding initiatives.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.

What you should have

  • 4+ years of proven work experience in the employer branding domain.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
