Job Description

We're in a high growth phase - to exponentially grow culture, team, products, supply, and revenue - in the next few quarters.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate who will be responsible for building and maintaining a brand's community & workforce -- both online and offline. You work closely with Supply, Marketing, Product, and Success teams leading day-to-day operations of the community. From assisting with acquisition initiatives to grow a high-quality workforce exponentially to engaging & managing all sorts of communication with/ for our workforce on various outlets like social media, online forums, etc. and devising onboarding plans, and supporting existing & new workforce. 

Simply said, you act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the SquadIQ through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving & project management skills.

We have an active community of 5000+ stay at home moms who have been the perfect partner in our journey. Our on-demand workforce of callers (industry ready, pre-trained, cloud-based agents) reaches out to prospective inbound leads within a matter of minutes, and effectively nurture and qualify them for sales teams, making sales for our customers extremely streamlined and predictable.


  • Be a passionate advocate for all members of SquadIQ community and listen attentively to their feedback, so we can positively influence how we interact with them and provide actionable insight to the internal team.
  • Manage all forms of communication on social media (Whatsapp, Facebook, etc.) & other relevant sites and actively participate in discussions across communities, social networks & blogs.
    • Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
    • Moderate groups & interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
    • Case manage and resolve complex user support queries.
  • Assist with acquisition strategies & initiatives to help grow a high-quality workforce exponentially.
    • Explore new community friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion.
    • Explore channel partnerships & lead those discussions.
  • Drive adoption, engagement, and success for the community by managing programs (contests, webinars, giveaways, etc.) and devising exceptional onboarding processes.
    • Build, lead and maintain a roadmap of community projects and initiatives.
    • Manage polls/surveys to measure community member experience and sentiment.
  • Create, configure and manage community pages, including writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.


(S)he has ~1+ yrs of work experience in a role that has required her to develop strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills. She loves to interact with users/ people and is obsessive about community-building, user experience and helping others. She has had diverse and unique experiences and perspectives throughout her life, including school and undergrad days.

Currently working in a super high-talent density environment like a top consultancy firm, start-up. She is someone who loves driving change & truly believes in creating an impact in thousands of lives (users).

Additionally, she is familiar with basic web analytics (Google Analytics), SEO, and social media channels + marketing tools. Furthermore, she can create designs using Sketch/ Figma/ Adobe Illustrator. She demonstrated data/analytics experience -- excel proficiency and basic SQL.

  • Compensation: Competitive
  • Location: We are fully remote till June 2021, but we do have our office open in Noida in case you want to work from the office you are free to do :)
    • We will update you about our plan post in June 2021, as soon we make a decision on that front, but there would be a minimum of a 2-month window provided to help everyone on the team plan their travels to move back to the office.
