Job Description

The Role: 

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Success Intern to join our growing CSM team. As a Customer Success Intern, you will be responsible for preparing key client insights, supporting the onboarding of new projects, and compiling feedback and requests directly from the client. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business and gain hands-on experience within an evolving organization.

You'll be responsible for:

  1. On-board and train new customers
  2. Build & strengthen customer relationships
  3. Manage incoming calls and emails and handle appropriate follow-up calls and emails
  4. Address, resolve and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction
  5. Coordinate and train all new customer starts in an efficient and streamlined way
  6. Have a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s business model in order to answer all customer related inquires
  7. Demonstrate the value of SinglePlatform to our customers every day by providing amazing customer support
  8. Preparing weekly client insights and trade reports for CSMs
  9. Analyzing associate transcripts and identifying key trends for CSMs
  10. Supporting the CSMs with the onboarding of new clients during pilot launches, including hosting training sessions
  11. Creating and collaborating with CSMs on customer-facing presentations
  12. Implementing feedback 

You'll need to have:

  1. Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
  2. Experience with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint & Excel desired
  3. Working knowledge of Sales cycle
  4. Working knowledge of Brokerage, Insurance, Ed-tech industries
  5. Great communication skills
  6. Team player
  7. Graduate in any stream
  8. Willingness to learn and keep up the pace with rocketship
